On the wind in February, snowflakes float still. Half inclined to turn to rain, nipping, dripping, chill.

Our local weather reported this, this morning:
Our low temperature was 3  ( -16 c ) degrees this morning in Knoxville. This BREAKS the old RECORD LOW of 8 ( -13 c ) degrees from 1885, back when President Chester A. Arthur was in the White House 130 years ago.
