Feeling like I've been hit by a truck 🛌🤒

I'm on day three of this crud. 
I took an expired Covid test this morning that came back negative, but it expired about three years ago.

I managed to get the groceries in, but this is the first time I've been out of bed since I got back.

My body hurts so bad, my head is throbbing, and I'm going from hot to cold. 
I had a couple of good cries, chugged OTC cold medicine, and napped a lot.
I can’t tell if this is just a particularly nasty cold or a virus.
All I know is that I haven’t felt this bad since I had Covid.
