We woke up to maybe an inch of snow.
It kept it up until about 10 a.m.
It was that fine, light kind of snow.

Luckily, it wasn't bad on the roads, so Raven got home from work, and Heron got to work - and Cowboy also made it to work safely.
We have three different work schedules: Heron is 1st shift, Raven is 3rd shift, and Cowboy is 2nd shift.
Needless to say, we stayed in and watched TV most of the day.
Badger and I had to go out and grab some snow pictures.
We don’t see it very often around here.
For her, it’s still kind of exciting.
I had to do Cowboy’s monthly test again.
The safety part was rough; way too many numbers.
But I nailed the medical documents section.
Badger made dinner.
We ate, Cowboy went to work, and I spent the rest of the afternoon with a book and a movie.
My throat feels almost Covid‑like, but I am not sick, just a cough and sore throat.
Well, my head feels fuzzy, but that could be from lying in bed all afternoon, in the dark, with a movie and my tablet.
My books are on there too.
I've been sitting here for awhile now, every time the electric heat comes on, it sounds terrible.
I sure hope it's not getting ready to go out.
It likes to pick the worst time to go out on us.
It's supposed to be down in the teens tonight, the roads are wet, so we may see icing in the morning.
I don't know if we'll get to the store or not.
I don't know if Cowboy will get home or not, when it's bad, the mountain boys don't try to make it to work.
That leaves Cowboy having to stay overnight to babysit the boiler.
A paper book this time, not the tablet.
I’ve had enough screen time today.
