Badger and I got Eins and Zwei up, fed, dressed, and out to the car while Cowboy ate breakfast, then fed the chickens.
It was cold!
I don't know what the temperature was, but it was cold.
We had rain in our area, but from New Market to Jefferson City, it was snowing.
I had the boys dressed warmly, and yay, they had a hooded jacket on this time.
I think I still need to find a real winter-type jacket.
These are still more geared toward spring, but they weren't out long.
I did take my glasses back to Walmart Vision Center, and the glasses are perfectly fine, but she thinks I need to go back to the optometrist.
She doesn't think the prescription for my reading and up-close vision is strong enough.
The optometrist told me that I had the strongest bifocal out there, so I'm not going back in.
Cowboy, Eins, and Zwei napped until 2:30 p.m.
Badger and I enjoyed a brief break.
Zwei woke up all through the night, and frankly, I had a bad headache.
I swear I could feel my brain being squeezed, so I didn't bother getting up to comfort him.
Every time I moved, I felt like throwing up, and I didn't think it too wise to throw up on a baby.
He survived and woke up his usual sunny self.
After their little nap, I let Eins and Zwei have floor time with the TV off.
Eins is getting to the point where the TV has to be on constantly, or he pitches a fit.
And yes, I'm sure I am at fault there.
We had supper, and I washed them off well.
SK sent me some kind of hippie-dippy essential oil that put those boys right to sleep, but she forgot it this time.
That stuff is like almost eight dollars for a tiny little tube at Walmart, but I found a large, fairly cheap thing of soothing lavender and chamomile lotion that I slathered on them.
It did just as well.
Eins cried for a bit because he wasn't going to sleep with the TV, but Zwei rolled over and fell right asleep.
Let's just hope Big Boy actually sleeps tonight.
Raven is doing better.
He sent me a rather perky message about having neon green pee.
I hope that's a side effect of all his medication.
He needs to stop being a Cowboy Jr. and get himself to the doctor the next time he's having odd symptoms.
I should be straightening up the mess that goes along with having little kids.
Um, I don't think so.
I'm just going to be lazy.
