The Start of Something New

Well, hello, Blogger!

I figured I’d go ahead and give this a try. 
The last place I was using went poof with no warning. 
Just gone.
Of course I hadn’t been backing anything up like I should have, so I lost a lot of posts. 
What I do still have saved, I’ll move over here.
Hopefully this one doesn’t go poof too.

I’m new to Blogger, but not to online journaling. 
I’ve been doing this for a while now. 
I like having a place to clear my head, and I like being able to go back and see how things have changed.
That is, when I actually back things up and they don’t disappear on me.

Online journaling is just easier for me than writing things down the old‑fashioned way.
I guess it’s a little strange putting all of this out there where anyone can read it, but I’ve always thought of it more like a circle of people sharing bits and pieces of their lives.

Blogger looks simple enough, and simple is good.

We’ll see how it goes.
