Yup.
I asked if I could go inside to warm up, yeah, it's nearly 60° today, but I was still cold.
So he said I could, but he made sure I knew that I could not go into the actual school.
I had to stay in the entryway.
The SRO allows his friends to enter the school and actually go to the classrooms without signing in, but somehow he considers me a threat.
Me, that stands quietly in the cafeteria out of the way.
Whatever.
Badger stayed outside until dark, skateboarding.
Her elbow is swollen with a knot, she's literally bruised from butt to ankle, and she has road rash on both legs.
I'm glad it's winter and no one can see.
She's trying to perfect a trick, all I know is that it involves jumping over another skateboard.
Obviously, she's not doing well at it and is getting really frustrated.
I told her it just takes time.
I had Peacock for a while, but he took off. At his age, he doesn't tell Mamma where he's going. I just hope he stays safe.
Raven is still at AH's.
He had said he'd be back tomorrow with family in tow, but I don't know if he will or not.
Heron, of course, lives with AR. We rarely see him.
This old house is quite empty these days.
It's town day tomorrow.I'm not really in the mood to go.
In winter, I just hate getting out.
It's not supposed to be warm like the last couple of days, either.
That warm spell just made me dread the cold all that much more.
I need to pick up Gealach some food.
I bet this time AF will supply her with everything.
It's the end of the month, though, so her WIC should be running low.
Other than Gealach, we're pretty well covered.
I don't really have to go out, but Cowboy has his set routine, and we do not deviate from it.
Stubborn old coot.
