I’m careful about sharing photos of my grandchildren.
When I do, they’re edited or cropped to protect their privacy.
They’re not my children, and I want to respect the boundaries of their parents—whatever those relationships may look like.
Some situations are complicated.
Some are distant.
And some are simply not mine to explain.
Out of respect for everyone involved, I limit what I share and choose photos that focus on moments, not faces.
The same goes for my adult children and my husband—if they prefer to stay out of the spotlight, I honor that.
This blog is about stories, not snapshots.
I appreciate your understanding that some things are best kept offline.
