Keep calm and hate winter

Some things don’t belong on a public blog so I’ll just say today was a very bad day. 

The weather reports were already calling for major snow after dark.
I thought Raven's kids should stay where they were, but that wasn't what happened.

It’s well over a hundred miles between our house and theirs, and once the snow starts, getting them back becomes unsafe.

Sure enough, it’s snowing and sticking, and there’s no telling how bad it’ll be in the morning.

But what will be will be.

If we’re stuck here with everybody for a while, then we’re stuck.

We’ll deal with it.

I’m on the tablet, so I’ll clean this up when I get to my computer.
