Boredom level: maximum 😒

This has been one very long, very hot day.

Badger and I were happy to stay inside.

It’s so freaking hot outside that we had no desire to test whether we could actually melt.

Seriously.

Cowboy was gone most of the afternoon and evening at Bonus Grandson's birthday party.

Then, when he came home, he was outside until dark.

OK, Badger and I finally decided to brave a short walk literally around the school.

The heat was so miserable that we retreated to our separate bedrooms; I immediately cranked my fan on alongside the air conditioner, and I assume she did the same in hers.

It was one of those days when boredom started to quietly settle in.
