It was a lazy, stay‑at‑home day, and it felt good after all that running we've been doing.
Cowboy worked on his neglected garden all afternoon, and I finally got caught up on my laundry and straightened the house back up.
After Cowboy went to work, Badger and I hit the yard.
It's a little on the hot side still, 88°, but we've stayed outside until dark.
It's nice to just lie in those lawn chairs and read.
Tomorrow is my post‑op appointment.
I'm not looking forward to the Knoxville traffic or those evil elevators.

As far as I know, we have no plans this weekend. I'm all for just sitting at home.
Gealach goes back to school next week.
Monday is when her school system starts.
Our county starts on Tuesday.
I think they keep pushing the date up earlier and earlier each year.
I'll stalk her mom's Facebook for first‑day pictures.
I guess I need to be getting off of here and heading to bed.
