It is Sunday, so Cowboy goes to church morning and evening.
Badger and I do not go to church.
This was not a run around Sunday, so she and I were homebound.Honestly, I did not really mind that.
Yesterday drained me both physically and with any need to be around people.
The most exciting part of the day was Cowboy cannibalizing Comcast’s leftover equipment.
Or at least that is what it looked like to me.
He had the old outside cable box popped open, sitting and glaring at it.
Then he came inside and started scavenging for parts.
He took the old coax cable that ran from inside to the outside box, cut it off, and somehow, I do not even know how, he managed to attach it to the back of my TV.
Now my TV and the living room TV are connected to the large outside antenna instead of my TV being connected to a small antenna that has never worked.
With storm season here, I like being able to get a local news channel, although I still cannot get my favorite Channel 8.
They are the ones I like best.
We had an early dinner, watched some TV, and time for evening service came around fast.
After he came home from evening service, he went to Dos’s house to fix her lawn mower.
Badger caught up on laundry.
We watched a little TV.
She went outside, and had a photoshoot with Lady.
After it cooled down a bit, she and I took a very short walk.
I mostly watched TV and read today.
My anxiety’s acting up pretty bad right now.
My follow-up breast ultrasound is Tuesday.
Because I have no family medical history, I do not know what is lurking in my genes.
I have been fighting cysts for about six years now.
Cowboy tells me he is tired of me worrying so much.
He says there is nothing I can do about it.
Well, with my generalized anxiety disorder, that is about like telling a fish to walk on land.
They cannot, and I cannot.
So there you have it, a do-nothing Sunday.
