Cowboy is nap watching “Are You Afraid of the Dark.”
As in, he’ll nap a bit, snort awake, watch a few minutes, and go back to sleep.
I thought he had it on for the kids.
This is what Badger used to watch when she was little.
I went to turn it off, and nope, he was watching it.
I can’t complain.
I have the episodes practically memorized after watching it for so many years, but at least it wasn’t a dubbed foreign soap opera.
Raven has the kids in his room.
Today was warm, and everyone ended up outside.
Cowboy slept late and stayed out until dark.
Raven kept the kids outdoors most of the day.
Badger and I walked to the creek church for a while.
She went to her room when we got back, and I sat at my computer enjoying the quiet house.
I had some time to play before the kids came back inside, and then I went to my room to read.
As weekends go, this wasn’t one of the bad ones.
Tomorrow will be clean up day, but thanks to the warm weather there isn’t much of a mess.
Monday is Cowboy’s procedure, so send good vibes that he gets a negative.
I’m heading to bed now, but honestly we had a later start this morning than we usually do.
I probably should have channeled Cousin’s Amazon vibe three years ago.
