Evening moon whispers calm in the chaos 🌙🤫

Cowboy, Badger, and I left the house between 10 and 10:30 this morning and didn’t get back until around 2 p.m.
Badger had no trouble getting her camera lens out of commission.
She still has one or two at the shop to be sold.

After that, we stopped at Food City.
Normally we shop at Walmart, and they almost never have what we need.
So being at Food City and seeing fully stocked shelves felt amazing.
We finally got the things we’ve been needing but haven’t been able to find.

The Jefferson City Walmart isn’t keeping its shelves stocked, and neither is the lower‑end Morristown Walmart.
Food City is easily twice as expensive, but most of the time you can actually find what you need.
I don’t know what’s going on with those two Walmarts, especially since the Knoxville East Town Walmart is well stocked.
It’s clearly not a problem everywhere.

We also stopped at Big Lots.
They reopened the one in Jefferson City, but it doesn’t feel like the old store.
They went and made the place fancy, and it’s lost that old discount‑bargain vibe it used to have.

Our final stop was Walgreens.
Badger’s Adderall prescription is a controlled substance, so it’s hard to get it filled each month.
She sometimes goes a few days without it because it can’t be refilled early.
I wouldn’t call it withdrawal, but you can tell when she’s missed doses.

When we got home, Badger headed to her room and I went to mine, leaving the rest of the house to its own devices.
Blogging on the tablet isn’t ideal, but it gets the job done.
I’ll straighten everything up on the computer once I’m back at it.

Just to get out of the bedroom for a bit, Badger and I walked up and down the street while she took pictures of the moon.
It was big and bright over the houses.
After that, we headed back to our rooms.

Raven’s work called and told him he has to go in early tomorrow.

We’ll get everything back in order and then it’ll end up being a TV day.

There’s a good chance KUB will show up tomorrow.
Installation is Thursday, and their video said they usually prep about four days ahead.
I don’t think they came out on Friday, but I’ll check my cameras to make sure.

I’ll end here and tomorrow I’ll clean this up on the computer.
If Badger shares her moon pictures, I’ll add them.
She doesn’t usually like me using her photos, but I won’t alter them.
