To tell you how bad it got, Cowboy even snapped this morning, and he usually just ignores the chaos.
I won’t go into it, but it wasn’t a good morning, and I spent a large part of it out in my she‑shed.
When I came back inside, Raven and the kids were in his room, and they stayed there until he took them home at 1 p.m.
Cowboy, of course, left for the morning church services.
Once they left, Badger went straight into cleaning mode, and even Cowboy didn’t fuss about the mopping.
Some of what was left behind should never have been left for us to deal with.
Badger finished up and headed to her room, and I played on the computer.
Somehow over the years, the computer took over most of my free time.
Even when I read a book now, it’s on a tablet.
Heron went fishing, and then he took his dog to Seven Islands and stayed out well after dark.
Heron doesn’t care about the cold; he just likes being outside.
Raven got back from taking the kids home and lay down.
He’ll work tonight.
Eventually Cowboy headed to evening services, then came home and curled up in his recliner to watch TV.
I think we all, and I’m including Raven too, just breathed in the peace and the quiet.
It was a rough weekend.
Cowboy’s test result came back.
His levels are back up high again.
He’s not worried about it, but Joe Biden, that’s all I have to say.
Each time it increases, that’s what I think of.
This is going to be one heck of a busy week.
The only days we don’t have appointments are Monday and Tuesday.
I think I’m going to be as lazy as I can.
In case you can’t tell, I’m a bit cranky tonight.
I’ll get off of here and head to bed.
I’ve just felt off all day.
Not sick, just… off.
